Stock Statement by Drug and medicine dealers

Dealers in drugs and medicines who are eligible to claim set-off under rule 52(3) of MVAT Act were required to file a stock statement as on 30^th June 2007 on or before 31st August, 2007.

However, as per the Trade Cir. No.55 T of 2007dated 13.08.2007, the date of submission of such stock statement has been extended to 30th September, 2007.

EDIT: Now last date of submission of stock statement has been extended to 31.10.2007 through Trade Cir. No.61 T of 2007
